If someone from Team Viewer would happen to read this, my name is Jim Siegrist. Getting in touch with them by phone is unreasonably difficult if not well nigh impossible. Simply download TeamViewer for personal use and start helping friends and loved ones with their computer or mobile device issues by connecting to their device and helping them as if you were there even if you’re on separate continents. There are no fees, no time limits, and no subscriptions. I would say that Team Viewer is a good program, but has more features than I need, and costs more than I can afford. In a world where monthly expenses add up quickly, TeamViewer is free for personal use. remote support from the other side of the world, our tools can help reduce travel costs and downtime by keeping all your people and devices connected. When I contacted them, the emailed back that I had failed to cancel a month before the contract ended, and so was out the money.:>( "Read the fine print", they said! So. But found out that Team Viewer had "automatically" charged me for a second year. Coming to the end of the year, I found another program that met my needs for 10% of the price. So, being between the proverbial "rock and a hard place", I purchased an annual license. Happened to be out of town, and my account was flagged as "commercial".
Now, I am searching for a TeamViewer alternative because I am not willing to pay USD 1000 to upgrade for a software that will charge me again USD 600 in a year and a half when. I used the free version of Team Viewer but ultimately needed to purchase the paid version. We dont need anything from TeamViewer 9, we just needed version 8 with the Samsung support as we had, and their policy cut us out loose because of their lack of support.
